Mt. Lookout Swim Club (MTSLC) implements Clicshare for its swim and dive teams. With over 135 swimmers in 4 age groups, multiple meets and daily practices communicating information on an almost daily basis is a complex task.

Needing a simple yet effective way to keep parents informed of upcoming schedules and contact information MTSLC turned to Clicshare's event reminder system. Says Paige Byum, the team organizer, "Clicshare made communicating with the Mt. Lookout swim team so easy; Clicshare allowed us to send daily reminders if we wanted, to announce last minute changes, and to avoid a lot of extra paperwork".

Clicshare also provides a text message option which can be used for last minute notifications, such as meet cancellations due to thunder or inclement weather.

About Mt. Lookout Swim Club:
Mount Lookout Swim Club is a well established swim and tennis club on the east side of Cincinnati. It has a strong tradition swimming and diving, and competes each summer with numerous other clubs in the area. Current membership stands at 500.
